1. Service Description

We provide web hosting and domain services that allow you to create and manage websites online. To use our services, you need internet access and the right tools. You are responsible for getting your own internet connection and devices.

Any new features or tools we add to our services (like WordPress hosting or new domain extensions) will also be covered by these terms. When we add something new, these rules will apply to it.

2. User Requirements and Responsibilities

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use our services.

If you break any of these rules, we can suspend (temporarily stop) or cancel your account. We want everyone to use our services fairly and legally.

If you are a reseller (someone who sells our services to others), you are responsible for your customers. We only deal directly with the person who pays for the account. If your customers have questions or problems, they should contact you first.

3. New Account Setup

After you make a payment and we check everything is okay (fraud screening), we will set up your account. This usually happens quickly, but sometimes it may take a bit longer if we need to verify information.

You must provide us with a valid email address that works. This email should not be connected to a domain name you are buying from us. We need a separate email so we can contact you about your account.

If you give us wrong information or fake details, we can cancel your account immediately. Always make sure your information is correct and up to date.

4. Website Transfer Service

Our migration team can help you move your website from another hosting company to us. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that everything will work perfectly. This is called a "best effort" service.

Free website transfer is available within 3 days after you sign up. After that, there may be a charge for transfer services. Contact our support team if you need help transferring your website.

5. Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our web hosting services. This means if you are not happy with our service within the first 5 days, you can ask for your money back.

However, this guarantee has some conditions:

  • You must request a refund in writing (by email or through our support system)
  • You must tell us why you want to cancel
  • If you break our terms of service, you cannot get a refund

Domain name purchases are generally not refundable, as per industry standards. We can explain more about this if you have questions.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All the software, content, and materials we provide are protected by copyright and trademark laws. This means we own the rights to our website, control panels, and other tools we create.

You can use these materials only to use our services. You cannot copy, modify, or sell our software or content for any other purpose. This helps protect our work and keeps everything secure.

7. Payment Terms

Our services work on a pre-paid basis. This means you pay first, then use the service. We accept payments through Aamarpay, bKash, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.

If you have an unpaid invoice (a bill you haven't paid), here's what happens:

  • After 3 days: Your account will be suspended (temporarily stopped)
  • After 5 days: A late fee will be added to your bill
  • After 7 days: Your account will be permanently cancelled

To avoid problems, always pay your bills on time. You can set up automatic payments if that helps you remember.

8. Content Policy

You can only use our services for legal purposes. This means your website and content must follow all local and international laws.

You are NOT allowed to host content that:

  • Violates copyright laws (stolen content, pirated software, etc.)
  • Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Contains threats or hate speech
  • Could harm national security
  • Is adult content (on shared hosting plans)

On shared hosting plans, you cannot host:

  • Proxy services or VPN services
  • File hosting or file sharing services
  • Torrent websites or P2P services
  • Video streaming services (they use too much server power)

If we find prohibited content on your account, we will suspend or cancel it immediately.

9. Zero-Tolerance Spam Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam. Spam means sending unwanted emails to people who didn't ask for them. This includes:

  • Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) - advertising emails to people who didn't ask
  • Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) - sending the same email to many people at once

If we find that you are sending spam from your account, we will suspend or cancel it immediately. Spam is illegal in many countries and hurts everyone online. You can only send emails to people who have agreed to receive them.

10. Script Usage Policy

You can use scripts like CGI, PHP, and others on our servers, but there are limits. Scripts that use too much server power (CPU or memory) can slow down other customers' websites.

If your scripts use too many resources, we will suspend your account until you fix the problem. You are responsible for making sure your scripts are secure and efficient.

Always keep your scripts updated to the latest version for security. Old scripts can have security holes that hackers can use.

11. Resource Usage Limits

On shared hosting plans, we need to make sure everyone gets fair access to server resources. Here are the limits:

  • Memory usage cannot exceed 10% of server memory
  • CPU usage cannot exceed 20% of server CPU

You are NOT allowed to host:

  • Illegal content or services
  • Proxy servers
  • IRC bots or chat bots
  • Any service that uses too many resources

If you need more resources, consider upgrading to a VPS or dedicated server plan.

12. IP Address and Security

We own and control all IP addresses we provide to you. IP addresses are the numbers that identify your website on the internet (like 192.168.1.1).

You cannot:

  • Try to hack or break into our systems or networks
  • Try to access other customers' accounts or data
  • Use our services to attack other websites or networks

If you break our security rules, we will take legal action. Security is very important to us and all our customers.

13. Bandwidth and Traffic

Bandwidth is the amount of data that can be transferred to and from your website. Each hosting plan comes with a specific amount of bandwidth.

If you exceed (go over) your bandwidth limit, we may suspend your account until you upgrade your plan or wait until the next billing period.

For dedicated bandwidth (guaranteed bandwidth that only you can use), extra fees may apply. Contact our sales team if you need dedicated bandwidth.

14. Backup Services

On shared hosting plans, we provide limited backup services (up to 50 GB). We will try to restore your files if something goes wrong, but we cannot guarantee all backups will be available.

For VPS and dedicated servers, you are responsible for your own backups. We recommend you set up automatic backups to protect your data. It's always good to have your own backup copy of important files.

15. Service Refusal Rights

We have the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service to anyone at any time. We will usually do this if:

  • You break our terms of service
  • You send spam or engage in illegal activities
  • You don't pay your bills
  • Your account is being used for harmful purposes

We will usually warn you before taking action, but in serious cases (like spam or illegal activity), we may suspend your account immediately without warning.

16. Affiliate Program Terms

If you are part of our affiliate program (earning money by referring customers), there are important rules:

You CANNOT use your own affiliate link to buy services for yourself or your own accounts. This is called "self-referring" and is not allowed.

If we find out you are doing this, we will cancel your affiliate account and you will lose all unpaid commissions. You can still be a customer, just don't use your affiliate link to buy your own services.

17. Changes to Terms of Service

We may change these terms of service at any time. When we make changes, we will post the updated version on our website. The new terms will take effect once they are posted.

We recommend you check this page regularly to stay updated. If you continue using our services after we change the terms, it means you agree to the new terms.

If you don't agree with the changes, you can cancel your account. Just contact our support team and let us know.
