At Tiger Hoster, we always strive to provide reliable and high-quality hosting services.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, we want to help resolve the issue.

Please read this policy carefully before requesting a refund.

General Terms and Conditions

  • If you encounter any issues or are not satisfied, please contact our support team first.
  • We will make our best effort to resolve the problem and address your concerns.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, you must request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
  • After your refund request is approved, it may take 1-7 days for you to receive the money back in your account, depending on your payment method.
  • Refund requests must be submitted from the account holder's registered email address.
  • Cancellations through phone or social media are not acceptable. All requests must be made through email or our support ticket system.
  • After approval, refund processing and receiving money may take 1-7 days, depending on your payment method.

Refundable Services

The following services are eligible for refunds:

  • Shared Hosting Plans:
    • Global Hosting Packages
    • BDIX Budget & Premium Packages
    • Student Hosting Packages
  • Offshore Hosting Packages:
    • Budget Packages
    • Premium Packages

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Domain Registration: Once a domain is registered, it cannot be refunded. These services are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed.
  • VPS (Virtual Private Server) Plans: VPS packages are not eligible for refunds. These services allocate dedicated resources instantly and cannot be reversed.
  • Dedicated Server Plans: Dedicated server packages are not eligible for refunds. These services allocate dedicated hardware resources instantly and cannot be reversed.
  • Business Email Hosting: Business email services are not eligible for refunds. These services are delivered instantly and allocated resources cannot be reversed.
  • Pay-Per-Use Cloud Packages: Usage-based cloud services cannot be refunded.
  • Third-Party Services: Services such as:
    • SSL Certificates (delivered instantly and cannot be reversed)
    • VPN Services (allocated resources cannot be reversed)
    • Other third-party add-ons
  • Service Abuse: If the service has been misused or abused in any way, refunds will not be provided.

Subscription / Recurring Services

Important: Refunds for subscription services apply only to the initial subscription. Automatic renewals are non-refundable.

If you have a subscription-based service (e.g., Hosting renewal, VPN, Email hosting recurring), please note:

  • Refunds are only applicable to the initial subscription period within the 7-day refund window.
  • Automatic renewals and subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable.
  • To avoid automatic renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • You can manage your subscription settings and cancel automatic renewals from your Client Area.

Special Conditions

  • Refund requests will not be accepted after the 7-day period from the date of purchase.
  • If you need to cancel the service for special reasons beyond the refund period, you may cancel the service and have the remaining balance saved as account credit.
  • If you use account credit, the billing will be calculated based on the number of days the service was used. The remaining unused portion will be kept as credit for future purchases.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Client Area
  2. Open a support ticket from your registered email address
  3. Provide the following information:
    • Your account number or invoice number
    • Reason for refund request
    • Any relevant details about the issue you experienced
  4. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it immediately. However, it may take 1-7 days for you to receive the money back in your account, depending on your payment method.

  • We will process the refund to your original payment method within 24-48 hours of approval
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
  • Total refund time (from approval to receiving money in your account): 1-7 days

Important: The refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase. After approval, you will receive your money within 1-7 days depending on your payment method.
